Sessions are very much the same as in person sessions, with the advantages of taking less time out of your day since there's no commute, and safety in terms of less exposure. If you have any device, whether computer, phone, or tablet, that has the capacity to do video conferencing, you can easily do sessions from your home, work, or car - anywhere that you have privacy.
